Mentoring Circles
Mentoring Circles is an ongoing event and wonderful way for SBWL members to build meaningful relationships with one other. Our small groups of lawyers in varying stages of their legal careers are a confidential setting for sharing tips and advice on work and life, opening up about career challenges, triumphs, and trivialies, collaborating for positive change, and more. Placement in a mentoring group is subject to conflict checks to promote candor and confidence. Meetings are generally held monthly at a time and place convenience for the group members.
If you are interested in joining a mentoring circle, please contact us at SBWL.ADMIN@GMAIL.COM and provide your name, experience level, employer, and practice area. A SBWL representative will contact you regarding placements.

2023 SBWL Annual Awards and Recognition Ceremony
This week, Santa Barbara Women Lawyers hosted a wonderful Awards Ceremony and Reception at Wine Cask, where we recognized this year's most remarkable champions of gender equality, leadership, and professional excellence in the Santa Barbara legal community.
